HUF, the brand developed aroung Keith Hufnagel’s HUF skateboard shop in San Francisco in the 90s, has just launched a limited edition to celebrate the upcoming return of Godzilla on the screen.
Working closely with Toho studios — which has produced 32 Godzilla films — the Godzilla vs HUF collection highlights some of the most memorable Godzilla movie moments for a new collection of apparel and accessories, ranging from t-shirts and hoodies to hats and skateboards.
All artworks are inspired to the vintage imagery of cinema’s world-famous King of the Monsters. Featuring vintage film poster-inspired graphics, the collection pays a homage to the Japanese Kaiju Eiga (literally “movie about big strange beast”) culture born in the late 50s.
HUF vs. Godzilla includes a Godzilla Collectors Toy: a vinyl figurine moulded in a translucent HUF-signature green with gold metallic glitter, manufactured exclusively for HUF by MediCom Toy in Japan, with a price tag of 195$
