It’s one of the finest examples of collaboration between peers: The Cambridge Satchel Company x Brompton (the iconic British folding bike) integrates the partners’ capabilities in a unique concept that’s classy and sophisticated while still being fun.
Brompton’s in-house design team worked closely with The Cambridge Satchel Company to develop three special-edtion “Batchels” – the British bag maker’s iconic top-seller. A hybrid of the briefcase and satchel, the Batchel combines an adjustable leather shoulder strap with a functional top handle designed both for weekday commute or a weekend out of town, for her and for him. All the CSCxBrompton pieces are designed to integrate with the Brompton’s front carrier system, fitting neatly to all Brompton bikes. Voilà!
One of the three dedicated colour ways, Oxblood, features on a special edition bike created by Brompton. The bikes are available exclusively in Brompton Junctions and selected American stores, while the satchels can also be bought online, at Brompton webstore and via The Cambridge Satchel Company webstore and stockists.
