A lot of fun and a completely new riding experience: that’s why “fatties” are getting attractive for the European market after conquering US weher they have been in for a while.
Fatbikes, with their monstruous 12 cm. thick tyres, allow cyclists to ride on sand, gravel, ice, mud or snow, being independent of the weather even in winter.
The segment is extremely exciting for the bicycle industry, and many of the large manufacturers are entering the market offering special models and components.
This goes for licensed business as well: HEAD licensee Novus Bike just launched its new Head Fat Bike range and the models are now reaching the global retailers.
HEAD Randall II is the topmodel of the three fatbikes in the range. Super light weighted (total weight is 13,5 Kg), it is built up with a carbon frame and carbon fork. The design is a collaboration between HEAD and Novus designers team, matching the top model of HEAD skis.On this high end model Head use the Kappa Evo saddle from the italian brand Prologo.
The recommended retail price is about 2.999 Euro.
